Use a plastic basket with holes to store your ribbon stash. Just add ribbon spools to dowels and then slide the ends into the plastic holes at ether end of basket. Next lace the ribbon through the side holes and Viola, you have a ribbon dispenser.
My ribbon stash rests on dowel rods held up with large hooks on the wall next to my sewing machine, I like to display mine. This seems easy enough if you don't have space for your ribbon or you just want yours to be more portable. The only thing is I don't like the way it bends the ribbon.
