 It has a side zip so the buttons are just decoration.

 I just love the cut in the back, it stays on my shoulders and nothing moves.

 I have used some of grandma's old lace for the bodice.

This was a dress I did for the fun of it just because I really wanted to make a dress to wear with a pair of boots.
